MC Kickboxing offers a ladies only kickboxing class. These classes are perfect for young ladies women of all ages and fitness.

Our aim is to teach all elements of kickboxing

In a safe, friendly and fun environment this has become a really popular class with instructors and ladies.

The classes are taught by a mixture of instructors – Chrissy & Molly, along with Mark and Adrian.

I never imagined when I went for my first trial class 6 months ago that I would enjoy kickboxing as much as I do. I train twice a week and have made massive improvements to my overall health and fitness. This is directly attributed to all of the instructors who are excellent. Every class is such a laugh but always challenging at the same time. This is a great club to be a part of. If you’re thinking of joining the ladies class, definitely give it a go.


The ladies kickboxing and fitness class on a Thursdays night is great! The instructors are so enthused to teach and the hour session just flies by. The other women that attend are fab too! I have never been to a fitness class before where other women are so supportive of each other – we laugh lots!! It’s fantastic – can’t wait for next week!


I have been going to MC kickboxing now for months, I usually give up on things. There is no way I could imagine my week now without going! There’s so much encouragement, expertise and fun! I absolutely love my kickboxing family
